Mobility impairment, use of wheelchairs, walkers and baby strollers
The main entrance and the box office are both fully accessible.
Between the floors of the venue are designated elevators for the use of people with mobility impairment, these elevators can be found on the map of the venue.

In every restroom at the venue there are fully accessible stalls available.
Blind and visually impaired
An accessible program schedule for the visually impaired will be available at the accessible box office booth and at the information stand in the venue.
Deaf and hard of hearing
All video media presented at the convention’s events will be shown with subtitles.
Accessible box office
The rightmost booth of the ticket box office in the venue’s entrance is a fully accessible booth. You can get to the booth by presenting a disability card to a volunteer at the box office.

Anyone who presents a valid disability card is eligible for a free escort.
Early entry for events
Presenting a disability card allows early access to events and an exemption from waiting in line. To do so please refer to a volunteer and present the disability card.
A parents room will be located behind the main hall, and open to access via the venue’s elevators, the room is meant for parents and their children only. The parents room will include a breastfeeding corner, a diaper changing station and hot water.
